Same great rub in a new economical size. This is the most versatile rub in our collection. You can use it as a rub for all white meats, fish and my favorite, shrimp. You can also make dips, dressings and guacamole. We recommend spraying avocado oil or olive oil on your meat and use a tablespoon of rub per pound. The longer it is on your meat, the more it will flavor it. We suggest giving it a few hours to overnight for the best results. This Whole30, Paleo and Keto compliant rub is also low in sodium.
Divine Cilantro Lime!
When using this as a rub, spray or rub meat with an olive oil or avocado oil and then sprinkle the rub on. Do this on both sides of your pork, chicken, white fish or shrimp. It is recommended to do this a few hours to overnight before cooking. You can also spray vegetables and sprinkle rub on them before roasting, baking, grilling or air frying. It is great on broccoli.
